These terms apply when you buy a digital download from kgoart.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What you buy

High-resolution digital artwork files (PNG or JPG, 6144 × 4096 px or larger; each design's page lists its exact format and size) from the DJ Seldon series. No physical item is shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD): US$9 per design, US$19 for a Pick 3 bundle (any 3 designs you choose) or US$29 for a Pick 6 bundle (any 6 designs you choose). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Delivery

Right after payment you're taken to a private download page with instant download links for your file(s). For a bundle, the page lists exactly the designs you picked. Please save your files when you download them, and keep the link to yourself. If you have any trouble, or lose your download page, email us with your purchase details and we'll help.

License

Your purchase includes a personal-use license. See the license for what's allowed. Commercial use needs a separate license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
