Personal-use license

When you buy a KGOart digital download, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that file as described below. It applies to every DJ Seldon design, whether you buy it on its own or in a Pick 3 or Pick 6 bundle.

You may

• Print the artwork to display in your own home or personal space. Using a print shop or online printing service to make your own prints is fine.
• Use it as a wallpaper or screen background on your own personal devices.
• Print one copy to give as a personal gift. Give the print, not the file.

You may not

• Resell the file, or sell prints or any other products made from the artwork.
• Share, upload or redistribute the digital file, in whole or in part, for free or for money. This includes sending it to others or posting it as a download.
• Use the artwork commercially, for example in advertising, branding, logos, merchandise, client work or to decorate a business.
• Upload it to print-on-demand or merchandise services.
• Turn it into an NFT or use it in any blockchain or token project.
• Use it to train, fine-tune or test AI or machine-learning models, or include it in any dataset.
• Claim authorship of the artwork or present it as your own work.

Copyright

Your purchase is a license to use the file, not a transfer of ownership. Copyright and all other rights in the artwork stay with the artist, Karina Geigner (KGOart). Anything not allowed above needs written permission. If these terms are broken, the license ends.

Commercial license

About the files

Digital files only: PNG or JPG, 6144 × 4096 px or larger (each design's page lists its exact size). Nothing physical is shipped. Colors may look slightly different on different screens and printers. See also our refund policy and terms of sale.
